Our Services and Products

Esprit will take all reasonable care to ensure that what we say about our Services and Products is correct at the time when we upload the information to the Website. However, please note that: 1. All items are subject to availability; we will inform you as soon as possible if anything you have ordered is not available and we may offer you alternatives, which you'll be free to accept or refuse; 2. The images on the Website are for illustrative purposes only and items may vary slightly from those images; 3. The packaging of products may vary from that shown on the Website;

The Order Process

We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes or special offers which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified purchases made through the Website. The conditions of use of any discount code will be specified at the time it is issued and may include limitations. We may withdraw or otherwise amend any special offers or discounts at our discretion. Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take in order to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process. If we are unable to supply you with a service or a product, for example because that product is not in stock or no longer available we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the service or a product, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.

How to Pay

During the checkout process, you will be asked to enter payment details. You can only pay for our services or products using the methods shown on the checkout pages. Payment for our services or products and all applicable delivery charges is in advance. We will not charge you until we dispatch your order.

Subscription Policy

When you purchase a subscription, you will be charged monthly, and payment will be deducted from your credit/debit card based on the subscription duration and frequency that you have select. Some subscription may auto-renew at the end of the duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it at any time unless you have subscribed to a yearly contract. In either case we require one month's notice of termination.

Esprit will try to ensure that the Website is accessible for 24 hours a day but will not be liable if, for any reason it isn't. Esprit will have the right to suspend access to or withdraw the Website temporarily or permanently and without notice. Esprit aims to provide the highest standard of service to every customer. If our service does not meet your expectations we want to hear about it so we can try to put things right. All complaints we receive are taken seriously.
